Michael Graham

Founder / CEO

Mike is a true entrepreneur and an immaculate professional.

While completing his degree at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Mike orchestrated his first restaurant turn-around. From then on he has charged forward, acquiring and successfully running a handful of restaurants and cafés, and managing large events such as Summer Pops, Red Bull Air Races, and PGA signature golf tournaments throughout California.

Mr. Graham founded Event Beverage Solution in 2003. His sharp eye and energetic good nature have driven EBS to the forefront of Southern California’s beverage catering and event management industry. He personally has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry.

Mike's can-do attitude flows through each professional member on the EBS team. If a client needs something done, Mike and the crew will make it happen.

Julie Hightower

Director of Production

Julie has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry ranging from accounting and human resources to company management and ownerships.

Integral in building Event Beverage Solutions from the ground up, Julie oversees the company’s offices and events, large and small. Product, staffing, payroll, and Human Resources are among her responsibilities, and she is always ready to roll up her sleeves with a smile.

Julie also supervises many of EBS’ bigger events, and has acted as venue manager for NBC at the 2006 Olympic Games in Torino, Italy and the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China.

Darryl Hein

Director of Sales

Darryl has over 20 years of experience in the event business and has been intimately involved with all levels of sales and production.

He brings enormous experience and “out of the box” thinking. His range includes Special Events, Film Festivals, Concerts, and The Olympic Games. Also, he personally develops recipes and mixology creations for EBS and our many cafes. Darryl maintains our long-term client relationships with destination management companies and our preferred venues.

Jamie Pierce

Operations Manager

Jamie is responsible for all product, ordering, warehouse staff, and pertinent operations. She is fast, efficient, and diligently on point to get the job done. As EBS’ Top Event Manager, Jamie has been our on-site manager for the San Diego Symphony Summer Pops since 2006.

Jeff Corwin

Event Coordinator

Jeff has been an integral part of our Sales Team since 2006. Having just returned from several years in Brazil, he is bilingual, which is a great asset in Southern California. In addition to his responsibilities as Event Coordinator, Jeff deals daily with Alcohol/Beverage Control, keeping EBS abreast of necessary ABC regulations and permitting for all events.

Dustin Henry

Systems Manager

Dustin has been part of the EBS team since 2005. After returning from San Francisco and finishing his degree in finance, he moved back to San Diego to rejoin the EBS team.

Dustin is in charge of all information technology systems, bar and beverage “auto-pour” systems, and register systems. He also plans and finalizes Department of Environmental Health plans and certifications for our cafes and on-site concessions.

Eddie Rodriguez

Warehouse Manager

Eddie is a great asset to Our Team. He is in charge of our warehouse and maintenance on all equipment and vehicles. He loads and prepares all of our trucks for each special event.
